Due to the health emergency affecting the whole world, the 2020 ASAF Asian Sailing Championship, initially postponed by a month, is suspended and further postponed to a later date.

We give to the sailors the option to keep the registration valid or to request a refund, which will be made as soon as possible. In this case, send your bank details to register@adsyc.ae 

 

The ASAF will work with all stakeholders to finalise new dates and ensure that Championships are held and maintain the World Sailing requirements for an Olympic Qualification Event. We will also continue to monitor the situation carefully in the case that a further postponement is required.

Over 130 sailors, 39 coaches and support personnel, 26 International Technical Officials and over 40 volunteers were scheduled to participate at the 2020 ASAF Asian Sailing Championships which is the Olympic qualification event for 49er, Laser Standard, Laser Radial and RS:X Men and Women at Abu Dhabi, UAE.
