The Asian Sailing Federation will hold its Annual General Meeting on 6 November 2015 from 4.00 to 7.00pm at Kempinski Hotel Haitang Bay in the beautiful city of Sanya, Hainan, China.
Members attending meetings scheduled as part of the ASAF Annual General Meeting programme are required to register with ASAF Secretariat by 20 October 2015. Name badges will be available for collection from the ASAF Reception desk. Members who are unable to attend are requested to inform the ASAF Secretariat.Click HERE to download the Registration Form. VISAS
It is the responsibility of all committee members and observers to ensure that they have both a valid passport and entry visa. Please consult your embassy / visa agencies in your nation. Please allow plenty of time to obtain your visa.
In order to obtain a visa invitation letter from the Conference host MNA delegates must provide the following information to the Asian Sailing Federation:
Date of birth
Nationality
Passport Number
Name of MNA
Role in ASAF (committee member etc)
Requests for visa invitation letters with the information above should be sent to the Asian Sailing Federation.
Obtaining a visa for entry into Chinese territory including Sanya will most likely take up to 30 days depending on the procedures within your nation so please do this as much in advance as you can. ASAF recommends that you contact a reliable travel agency / Chinese Embassy to find out what costs will apply and how to obtain your visa.
