The Technical Advisory panel is responsible for monitoring and providing advice to ASAF on all technical matters in the organisation and running of competitive sailing events in Asia. It also facilitates and advises on programmes and activities that will develop capabilities of Race Officials in officiating and managing racing events in Asia through working with the ASAF MNAs.
